The basics
When should I RSVP by?
Kindly reply by November 13, 2026. It only takes a minute — head to the RSVP page, look up your name, and you’re done.
Can I bring a plus-one?
We’ve kept the guest list to the people we know and love, so invitations are addressed to exactly who’s invited. If your invitation includes a guest, it will say so — and the RSVP form will show everyone in your party when you look up your name.
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones, but aside from our own two — who have some very important jobs in the ceremony — we’re keeping the celebration to guests 16 and up. We hope a night off is a silver lining — and if the age rule makes attending tricky for your family, reach out and we’ll help however we can. As always, your RSVP lists everyone in your party who’s invited.
What should I wear?
Semi-formal: suits or sport coats (tie optional), cocktail or midi dresses, or a sharp jumpsuit. It’s a garden venue and January nights run cold — bring a layer. The What to Wear page has our color palette and weather notes. The short version: January in Phoenix is lovely by day (highs around 68°F) and genuinely cold after sunset (near 45°F), so plan a layer.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 3:30 PM, and the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM sharp. Plan to arrive when doors open so you can park, find a seat, and settle in without rushing.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The venue’s ceremony spaces are outdoors in the gardens, so expect at least part of the evening under the desert sky — we’ll confirm the exact setup closer to the day. January nights here run chilly, so bring something warm for after sunset.
Getting there & the day itself
Where do I park?
The wedding is at Lindsay Grove in Mesa, and parking specifics are coming soon. Directions and the full rundown live on the Wedding page.
Will there be a shuttle or transportation?
We’re looking into it — we’ll confirm closer to the day whether a shuttle will run between the hotel area and the venue. Until then, the Travel & Stay page covers flights into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and getting around.
What happens if it rains?
January is one of the desert’s drier months, but weather keeps its own counsel. There will be a covered backup plan — we’ll share the specifics once the venue is confirmed. Either way, the celebration happens.
What if I'm running late?
Breathe — it happens. If the ceremony has already begun, hang back near the entrance and someone will help you slip in between moments. The only real rule: no arrivals mid-vows.
Will there be an open bar?
We’ll confirm — but plan to bring a card just in case.
What about food and dietary restrictions?
Dinner is a buffet with several options, so there’s no meal to pick ahead of time — come hungry. If you have allergies or dietary needs, note them on your RSVP and we’ll make sure the buffet has something for you.
Gifts & the fine print
Can I bring a gift to the venue?
Please don’t — truly, your presence is the gift, and we’d hate for you to haul a box across the desert. If you’d like to give, our registry & donations page has everything in one place. Cards are always welcome.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We’re planning an unplugged ceremony — phones down, eyes up, just for those few minutes. We’ll confirm the details, but count on our photographer catching everything and on us sharing the photos afterward. Once the ceremony ends, snap away.
Is there a wedding hashtag?
To be announced — we’re still workshopping one worthy of the occasion. Once it exists, you’ll find it here, and we’d love for you to use it on anything you post after the ceremony.
Who do I contact with questions on the day?
Closer to the date we’ll share a day-of contact — someone wonderful who is not one of the two of us, since we’ll be slightly occupied. Until then, reach out the way you usually reach us.
