- Our special day will unfold entirely on site, with the ceremony taking place in the venue's beautiful outdoor gardens, followed by cocktail hour amidst the same lush surroundings, and then moving inside for the reception.
All times are in Arizona time (America/Phoenix) — Arizona doesn’t observe daylight saving.
Dress code
Semi-formal — suits or sport coats, cocktail or midi dresses, polished but relaxed.

Parking
Ample free parking is available onsite at the venue, making it convenient for our guests to arrive and depart.
When you arrive
Doors open at 3:30 PM for the 4:00 PM ceremony — plan to be here by then so you can park and find a seat without rushing. Which entrance to use and where to check in are coming soon.

Good to know
A 16-and-up celebration
We love your little ones, but aside from our own four (they’ve got jobs to do), the day is for guests 16 and older. We hope the night off is a silver lining — and if that makes attending tricky, reach out and we’ll help however we can.
An unplugged ceremony
We’d love for you to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so we’re kindly asking that phones and cameras stay tucked away until after the vows. Our photographer will catch everything.

Once the ceremony ends, snap away — we’ll share our full photography and photo-sharing plan here closer to the day.

Accessibility
