The fine print
Privacy Policy
This is a personal wedding website for our invited guests. Here's exactly what information we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
Effective August 30, 2026
What we collect
When you RSVP, we collect the information you give us: the names in your party, whether each guest is attending, meal choices and dietary notes, an email address, an optional phone number, optional song requests, and any note you leave us.
How we use it
Only to run our wedding: headcounts, catering and dietary planning, seating, sending RSVP confirmations, and — only if you opt in — wedding-related text updates. That’s the whole list.
Text messages
We send SMS updates only to guests who give express consent by checking an unchecked box on our RSVP form. Message frequency is low (roughly six to eight messages total through January 2027). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
What we share
We share only what a vendor needs to do their job — for example, our caterer sees meal counts and dietary notes. We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never use it for anything unrelated to this wedding.
Where it lives & how long
Guest information is stored securely with our website infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and is accessible only to the two of us. After the wedding wraps up, we’ll delete the guest list and RSVP data.
Your choices
You can update your RSVP until the reply deadline, opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and ask us to correct or delete your information whenever you like — just tell either of us, reply HELP to any text, or use the contact on your invitation. See also our Terms of Service.
